Ordering a sample is simple—email sales@koalaclothing.com.au.

There is a $70 refundable sample fee, credited once returned. Our sample program ensures you can confidently choose the best custom sportswear or team uniforms, guaranteeing premium quality, durability, and comfort before placing a bulk order of 10+ units.

All samples are shipped using Australia Post Express for fast domestic delivery, typically arriving within 1–3 business days, depending on your location

We ask that all samples be returned in the condition they were received.

If a sample is damaged or not returned within 28 days of delivery, the refundable amount will be forfeited at our discretion.
